Please be informed that Vision Funds are only available to those who are financially sophisticated, capable of evaluating the risks and merits of investing in any of the Vision Funds, can bear the economic risk of an investment any of the Vision Funds for an indefinite period, and can afford the loss of its entire investment.

In addition, each US Person seeking to invest in any Vision Fund must be both (1) a "qualified purchaser," as defined in Section 2(a)(51)(A) of the US Investment Company Act of 1940, as amended, and (2) an "accredited investor," as defined in Regulation D of the US Securities Act of 1933, as amended.
