Subscription Information

Applications to subscribe for Shares may be made only by written application using the relevant Subscription Agreement. All applications should be directed to the fund's administrator at the address shown on the Information Memorandum.

Subscription Deadline

The acceptance of any subscription is subject to the receipt by the administrator's Agent of a properly completed and signed copy of the Subscription Agreement by 5:00 p.m. (Hong Kong time) at least three (3) Business Days prior to the relevant Subscription Day.

A properly completed and signed copy of a Subscription Agreement may be submitted to the fund's administrator by telecopier, in advance of submitting the original in order to expedite processing of the application. The signed original, however, must follow promptly.

Payments in full for the amount subscribed are to be made in cleared funds at least two Business Days prior to the relevant Subscription Day. For cleared funds to be received in Hong Kong on time, payment shall be made for value at least one New York Business Day prior to the due date in U.S. Dollar.
 
Shares Transfer

Transfers of Shares are permitted with the prior consent of the Board of Directors. Any transferee is required to furnish the same information which would be required in connection with a direct subscription in order for a transfer application to be considered by the Fund's administrator.

The Fund's administrator must receive the signed copy of the original transfer form.
